We invest our own capital in every project we offer to clients. We are not brokers — we are co-investors.
Our terms = investor's terms
We offer clients the same project entry terms that we receive ourselves. Increasing deal volume allows us to secure better terms for everyone.
Obligations for the full cycle
We take on legal obligations to support the deal throughout the entire investment cycle, not just at the point of purchase.
No sales commissions
Our employees do not receive a percentage of sales, eliminating conflicts of interest. Their motivation is long-term results.
Always in the same boat with the client
We work in complex markets and don't trade quality of decisions for convenience of process. But we do everything possible and always stay 'in the same boat' with our clients.
No cryptocurrency or gray schemes
We do not engage in transactions involving cryptocurrency payments or other methods that may contradict Russian Federation laws.
Tax transparency
We reserve the right to refuse to support a client who deliberately evades tax obligations. We only work with transparent projects and clients.

In 2016, founded HomeApp — a real estate technology agency and PropTech platform powered by data algorithms and machine learning. Skolkovo resident, raised multiple rounds of venture capital, thousands of closed deals in Moscow. Experience proved: the traditional brokerage model — 'sell, collect commission, forget' — doesn't serve the investor's interest, while data and algorithms allow a fundamentally different approach.
